× The condition for considering the request for accreditation is to print the form and send its scan to the following address: wrosound@strefakultury.pl .

× Applications will be accepted until June 30, 2025. Later applications will not be considered.

× Information about granting accreditation and how to collect it will be sent by e-mail to the address provided in the form.

× Accreditations are free of charge .

× The number of accreditations is limited – a maximum of 2 accreditations per editorial office (1 “press” and 1 “photo/video”).

× The “photo/video” accreditation allows for photographing and recording concerts in accordance with the rules established in agreement with the artists. The organizer does not guarantee the possibility of photographing or filming each concert.

× Detailed rules for accredited journalists will be sent by email before the festival begins.

× The organizer reserves the right to refuse to grant accreditation without giving a reason and to change the rules for granting it.

× In the event of a breach of the rules of use of the granted accreditation, the organizer has the right to withdraw it .

× The organizer reserves the right to grant accreditation only for selected days and concerts .
