ACCREDITATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- The completion and submission of this form is a prerequisite for your accreditation request to be considered.
- Applications are accepted until June 30, 2026.
- Information regarding accreditation approval and pickup instructions will be sent via email to the address provided in the form.
- Accreditations are free of charge.
- The number of accreditations is limited – a maximum of 2 accreditations per editorial office (1 “PRESS” and 1 “PHOTO/VIDEO”).
- Accreditation is issued to a specific person and is non-transferable to other journalists or photographers.
- “PRESS” accreditation grants entry for both festival days. It also allows for interviews with the organizers and artists performing at WROsound’26 (subject to the artist’s consent).
- “PHOTO/VIDEO” accreditation allows for photographing or recording concerts according to rules established with the artists. We do not guarantee photography access for every concert.
- Detailed rules for accredited personnel will be posted here no later than 2 days before the festival.
- The Organizer reserves the right to refuse accreditation without providing a reason and to change the rules of granting them.
- In the event of a breach of the accreditation rules, the Organizer reserves the right to revoke the accreditation.
