Practical info
We have prepared a set of the most important organizational, logistical, and regulatory information to help you spend your festival time smoothly and safely. See you there!
Admission for children and minors
- Children under 10: enter the festival grounds free of charge (they do not need their own ticket/pass), but they can only participate in the event under the care of a legal guardian.
- Youth from 11 to 18 years old: participate in the festival on the basis of their own valid ticket or pass.
- Minors under 16 years old: may stay on the festival grounds only under the care of an adult who takes full responsibility for them. A signed guardian statement is required. You can download it [HERE] or fill it out at the box office at the entrance (Mazowiecka 17).
- Youth from 16 years old: can participate in the festival independently, at their own responsibility.
Tickets, box office, and wristbands
Ticket office opening hours (Mazowiecka 17):
- 17.07.2026 (Friday): from 17:00
- 18.07.2026 (Saturday): from 17:00
Essential ticket rules:
- Ticket form: purchased tickets and passes can be printed out or shown on a smartphone screen. Please ensure your screen is not cracked and the file format allows for smooth scanning of the code.
- Wristband exchange: all tickets and passes must be exchanged for fabric wristbands directly at the entrance gates. The wristband is the only basis for moving around the festival grounds.
- One-person rule: a wristband can only be used by one person. Please note that tearing or damaging the wristband invalidates it.
- Caregiver ticket (PwD): for each ticket purchased for a person with a disability, there is an option to buy a caregiver ticket for a symbolic 1 PLN. Before purchasing your tickets, please contact the Customer Service Office at: bow@strefakultury.pl.
Important Warning: You bear full responsibility for sharing your ticket with third parties. The ticket is a confidential document and must not be duplicated. In the event of duplicate tickets appearing, only the person who is the first to scan the code at the gate will be allowed entry. Any subsequent persons with the same code will be denied entry.
Prohibited items
To ensure the safety of all participants, the following items are strictly prohibited on the WROsound grounds:
- weapons and any sharp tools,
- umbrellas with sharp ends (only small, foldable umbrellas are allowed),
- bottles and cans (except for the eco-exception below),
- alcoholic beverages and narcotics,
- professional cameras and video recorders,
- pyrotechnic, explosive, and flammable materials,
- aerosol gases, corrosive substances, and flammable dyes,
- banners and flags larger than 2m x 1.5m,
- propaganda materials of a racist, xenophobic, political, or religious nature.
Water at the festival (#PijKranówkę / #DrinkTapWater)
We care deeply about the environment, which is why we make an exception for reusable bottles, bidons, and cups. You can bring them to the festival to refill them with free water at the MPWiK water bar. However, you must remember the crucial rule:
When passing through the security control at the gates, your bottle or bidon MUST BE EMPTY. The MPWiK water bar is located inside the festival area, past the security check. Do not fill your bottle at the water point located outside the ticketed zone – security will ask you to empty it before entering.
Directions and parking
We promote sustainable transport! We strongly encourage you to arrive at the festival by bicycle, scooter, or public transport.
- Bikes and scooters: we have prepared special, dedicated parking areas for them on-site.
- Cars: a free parking lot for motorized participants will be available at the Marshal’s Office (Urząd Marszałkowski, entrance from Mazowiecka). The parking lot operates from 15:30 on July 17, 2026, until the end of the festival.
