Music, workshops, talks, and a whole lot of good vibes – WROsound’26 kicks off in just 3 days!
In just 3 days, the square in front of Impart will buzz with life! On July 17–18, Wrocław will host another edition of the WROsound festival. We already know what this year’s line-up, curated by Kuba Więcek, sounds like – ranging from the mesmerizing Alice Phoebe Lou to the cinematic Son Lux. However, WROsound’26 is much more than open-air concerts. It is a festival with a powerful message, where music connects with real action.
Music feeds the soul – and WROsound also saves hedgehogs and teaches first aid
WROsound’26 doesn’t take the easy way out and doesn’t blindly follow trends. This is where rap, jazz, electronic, and alternative music shake hands, and nearly half of the line-up consists of international artists (from the USA, through Europe, all the way to Kenya and South Africa!). Szymon Fuchs will be introducing them from the main stages, and if you want to get to know them better – make sure to drop by the panel stage, where Zuza Pawlak will be hosting the talks.
Yet, the heart of this year’s festival (apart from the concerts) will be a space for dialogue, education, and pure, selfless help. Best of all, no sign-ups are required for any of the festival workshops. Just drop in whenever you want and get creative!
Clothes don’t make the person… unless you screen print them yourself!
Got a boring t-shirt, bag, or hoodie that’s been sitting in your closet for months? Bring it with you to WROsound! Local screen printing workshop Custompany is setting up their mobile station. Together with them, you’ll personalize your old textiles with custom prints, promoting the idea of upcycling. You’ll leave the festival with a unique, eco-friendly souvenir.
Appetite comes with eating “ugly” veggies!
Everything tastes better outdoors, especially when you cook with a mission. Activist, food rescuer, and #eatugly promoter Agnieszka Maniewska invites you to her culinary workshops. Together, we’ll prepare delicious, colorful, and crunchy snacks using seasonal fruits and vegetables that might not look perfect by nature but make up for it in taste. You can take your freshly made treats straight to a festival deckchair!
A friend in need is a friend indeed (especially the four-legged one!)
WROsound stands in solidarity with those who have no voice. This year, you’ll meet two fantastic animal welfare organizations at the festival.
- Bubble of Good – they’ve been rescuing homeless cats in and around Wrocław for over three years (they currently have over 80 under their care!). At their stand, you can buy beautiful handmade crafts made by volunteers, as well as cat-themed gadgets. On-site, you can also get free advice from a behaviorist, a veterinarian, and an animal nutritionist.
- EKOSTRAŻ – they rescue, treat, and release domestic and wild animals (with a special focus on Lower Silesian hedgehogs!). Drop by their stand for educational talks, discussions, and to weave snuffle mats for dogs and cats.
Have a heart – and join the donor registry
The festival atmosphere is perfect for opening your mind and heart. That’s why at Mazowiecka 17, you’ll meet people who make the world a better place every single day.
- DKMS Foundation – does donating bone marrow hurt? Can you be a donor if you have a tattoo? Volunteers will answer every question, debunk myths, and help you register in the potential bone marrow donor database. Crucially—you don’t even need to attend WROsound or have a concert ticket to do something this grand! The festival DKMS point will be 100% accessible and open to anyone passing by.
- UNICEF Poland – culture is a bridge to helping others. Representatives of the organization will talk about the UNICEF365 program, which provides long-term aid to children in war-torn and crisis-affected areas. Every festival-goer can become part of this change.
Better safe than sorry – first aid and a city without barriers
WROsound is a safe and accessible space for everyone – as confirmed, among other things, by the “Without Barriers” distinction. This year, we are taking this path even further.
- Wrocław First Aid Academy (WAPP) – under the guidance of emergency medical students, you’ll overcome the fear of taking action. The stand features CPR manikins, demonstrations, and simulations. You’ll learn how to effectively help someone in an emergency.
- Wrocław Bez Barier (Wrocław Without Barriers) – the office dedicated to making Wrocław a friendly city for all residents invites you to its stand for manual accessibility games and activities that help people better understand the perspective of persons with disabilities.

WROsound’26 kicks off on July 17, filling the square in front of Impart not only with sounds but also with smiles, the hum of workshops, and the positive energy of people who want to make the world a better place.
