WROsound is a space where music connects us – with no exceptions. For years, we have consistently proven that culture should be open and accessible to everyone. We want passion, not architectural or organizational barriers, to determine how you spend your festival time. That is why we are constantly developing and improving solutions that ensure equal opportunities for everyone to fully experience the concerts. Here are the accessibility features and amenities we have prepared for you this year:
- Caregiver ticket for a symbolic 1 PLN – please remember to contact our Customer Service Office at bow@strefakultury.pl before purchasing your tickets.
- Transport – we provide transport to the event and back home after it ends for people with disabilities. If you need assistance and would like to use this service, please send your request by July 7, 2026, to: bow@strefakultury.pl.
- Easier communication – a communication card app will be available for use at the festival ticket office.
- Accessible viewing platform – a dedicated area ensuring excellent visibility and complete safety.
- Easy access – we have laid down a paved, comfortable pathway with dedicated ramps throughout the festival grounds.
- Adapted restroom facilities – right next to the platform, you will find an accessible toilet and a changing place equipped with a comfortable changing bed and necessary hygiene products.
- Induction loop – professional assistance for the hard of hearing.
- Noise-canceling headphones – available for both children and adults at the deposit point (can be borrowed for a refundable deposit of 100 PLN, payable in cash).
We create all these solutions with people and for people. We constantly consult our ideas with institutions that know exactly how to wisely and effectively break down barriers. We are proudly supported in our efforts by: Biuro bez Barier, Fundacja Katarynka, START Wrocław, Klub Kibica Śląska Wrocław, and Klub Kibiców Niepełnosprawnych Śląska Wrocław.
Throughout the entire festival, our volunteers and security staff will be present on-site. This is a trained team you can confidently reach out to in any situation. See you in front of the stage!
