The website is partially compliant with the Act of 4 April 2019 on Digital Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications of Public Entities due to the non-compliances or exclusions listed below. The website meets most WCAG 2.1 Level A requirements, with a few exceptions:
- Not all non-text content presented to the user has a text alternative.
- The website does not provide an alternative for time-based media.
The website does not meet WCAG requirements at Levels AA and AAA. Work is underway on an improved version of the WROsound website (Strefa Kultury Wrocław), which is to be adapted to current standards and requirements.

Other Information
Architectural Accessibility
WROsound Festival location: ul. Mazowiecka 17, 50-412 Wrocław – the square in front of the Impart building.
WROsound Festival is an event accessible to people with disabilities. In the square at ul. Mazowiecka, within the Festival grounds, you will find, among others: a platform with a ramp for wheelchair users, a specially prepared paved path, and an accessible toilet for people with disabilities.

Communication and Information Accessibility
We offer many amenities that we are constantly working on to improve and systematically increase the festival’s accessibility. WROsound Festival provides, among others:
- A TICKET FOR A COMPANION/ASSISTANT OF A PERSON WITH A DISABILITY FOR 1 PLN,
- A PLATFORM ENSURING VISIBILITY AND SAFETY FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES,
- A PAVED PATH FROM THE ENTRANCE TO THE PLATFORM,
- SPECIAL RAMPS IN CRITICAL AREAS,
- AN ACCESSIBLE TOILET AND A CHANGING PLACES TOILET (ADULT CHANGING FACILITY),
- AN INDUCTION LOOP FOR THE HARD OF HEARING,
- AT THE FESTIVAL DEPOSIT/CLOAKROOM, people with sensory sensitivities can borrow noise-canceling headphones for children and adults (a deposit fee is charged upon rental, so it is advisable to have cash with you),
- ASSISTANCE FROM VOLUNTEERS (including help in using the Food Court/Gastro Zone),
- TRANSPORT – in cooperation with MPK Wrocław, we offer free transport for people with disabilities from their homes to the festival and back after it ends.
